Invoicing & Terms

Gray Oil uses a computer generated invoicing system for all of our products. This allows us the flexibility of a variety of data input, output and reporting. We also use a computer generated delivery ticket/bill of lading. All delivery information is verified prior to an invoice being generated. A copy of the delivery ticket is left at each location for every delivery.                        
                                                                           
Standard Terms

Lubricants & Chemicals: NET 30 days from date of invoice.

Gasoline and Diesel, EFT 10 days after delivery.

Transport deliveries Chemicals, Glycols, and Methanol EFT 15 days

Items paid outside 30 days will be assessed 1.75% interest per month to the entire invoiced amount.

Extended terms may be authorized on special request.
                                                                           
EFT Terms

Fuels: Gray Oil will allow a 1 cent per gallon discount on full transport purchases of fuels if payment funds are drawn electronically 10 days from date of delivery using our EFT payment system.

Lubricants and Chemicals: Gray Oil will allow a 1% cash discount for all lubricant and chemicals purchases if funds can be drawn electronically (EFT) within a 12 to 15 days window from date of delivery.
